How to get one
- On your phone, open mex-train.app and tap Host Pass (also in Settings during a game).
- Sign in with your email: we send you a code, no password needed.
- Choose a plan and pay securely with Stripe (card, Apple Pay or Google Pay).
Questions
- How do I cancel?
- Any time, on your phone: Host Pass → Manage subscription. Your pass keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for, and won't renew.
- Can I get a refund?
- Payments aren't refunded for the unused part of a period, except where the law requires. If we ever stop offering the game, we'll refund the unused part of yearly passes. See the Terms of Service.
- Who needs a pass?
- Only one person in the room, usually the host. Everyone who joins plays free, including other homes.
- Will the TV ask anyone to pay?
- No. The TV never shows prices. Passes are bought on a phone.
