Terms of Service

Last updated October 22, 2026

These terms cover the Mexican Train game at mex-train.app (on TVs, phones and other devices) and this website, mex-train.com (together, "the game"). The game is run by Rizzo Enterprises, a sole proprietorship in Oregon ("we", "us"). By using the game you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

Who can use the game

Playing

Please don't

We may block access for anyone who does these things.

The Host Pass

The game is free to play. Free rooms may be limited to 4 players (bots included) and one TV. A Host Pass lets rooms you're in take up to 8 players and TVs in other homes. Only one person in a room needs a Host Pass.

The game is provided as is

We work to keep the game running and fair, but it's provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. It may have bugs, change, or be unavailable at times, and a game in progress can be lost. We may change or stop offering the game, or any part of it, at any time.

Limit of our liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data, arising from your use of the game. Our total liability for any claim about the game is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing.

Our content

The game's software, design, artwork, sounds and text belong to Rizzo Enterprises. You may use the game to play, as these terms allow. Mexican Train itself is a traditional dominoes game that anyone may play.

Feedback

If you send us a bug report, idea or other feedback, we may use it to improve the game without owing you anything for it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll post a notice on this website. Using the game after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Oregon, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
